David Kreutzer

Knows when to push and when to pause 🔥 🍃

Senior Frontend Developer with 15 years of experience – including projects for Allianz, SAP, MunichRE, and Carl Zeiss. At LeafConnect, he owns the full technical architecture from frontend to backend and leads the dev team.

Lives with his family around Munich. Tennis, table tennis, and skiing keep him balanced – and every now and then, cannabis is part of it too, relaxed and mindful as part of a good evening.

Benjamin Barbé

Lets plants grow – and himself drift 😎 🌊

Developer and technical architect with 6 years of experience – including projects for Société Générale and Air France. Strong focus on AI, and founder of his own AI startup. Brings architecture and AI expertise to LeafConnect.

Lives in Nice – as close to the sea as possible. Spends a lot of time outdoors, goes fishing, or travels whenever he can. His interest in plants grew naturally over the years.

Hannah De Vries

Between code, sports, and green ideas 💻 🌿

Senior software developer and architect with a focus on Microsoft .NET and Azure Cloud – including roles as Cloud Architect at Carl Zeiss IMT and Lead Developer at DB Cargo. Microsoft-certified (AZ-104 & AZ-204). At LeafConnect, she brings backend expertise and mentoring experience.

Lives in Munich. Her balance is almost always found outdoors or through sports. Plants and modern growing techniques caught her interest naturally – first out of curiosity, then more intensively through hands-on experimentation.
