The products are shipped from Austria after payment is received. Various measures are taken to ensure that the cuttings arrive safely.

Our handling partner relies on decades of experience in shipping cuttings. These living organisms are treated with the utmost respect.

The following measures ensure that the plants survive the transport well:

  • Shipping in specially designed containers that maintain the temperature well.
  • The prompt receipt of the plants by the recipients is crucial.
  • Important: Cuttings have an average delivery time of two days. Since the plants shouldn't spend the weekend in a postal warehouse, only cuttings ordered by Wednesday noon will be shipped. All cutting orders received later will be shipped on Monday of the following week.
  • For larger quantities: shipping via courier.

We have very high quality standards. Our processing partner has decades of experience in cannabis cultivation. Of course, in rare cases, something can still go wrong. To ensure you are well prepared, please follow these guidelines:

  • When your package arrives, please take a photo of the unopened packaging. We cannot accept claims for opened packages. This helps us determine the condition of the item upon delivery.
  • Then get in touch with us via the contact form or contact@leafconnect.de with the photo.
  • You will receive a replacement immediately.

Purchases made online generally come with a 14-day return policy.

However, our cuttings are excluded from this, as they would not survive the return transport. We therefore ask for your understanding.

However, should something go wrong during transport, please send us an email via our contact form. Due to our high product capacity, we can almost always supply replacement cuttings. Together we'll find a solution!

Thanks to the new Cannabis Act (CanG), buying cannabis seeds and cuttings has been legal in Germany since April 2024. You are allowed to grow up to three cannabis plants at home and possess up to 50g of dried flowers.

Please note that cuttings are living organisms.

These should be planted as soon as possible upon receipt. If this is not possible, the cuttings can be stored in the box/packaging for one day. Ensure that the cuttings receive sufficient light and are not kept in a location that is too cold. Avoid cold drafts and ensure that the cuttings have sufficient moisture.

We recommend washing and disinfecting your hands before handling the plants. When removing them from the tray, it's gentlest on the cuttings to grasp them from below rather than lifting them by the stem.

Also important: Please take a photo of the unopened packaging. This will help us determine its original condition should you have any complaints.
