Pruning the leaves is a standard preparatory step. This reduces the plants’ water requirements, as they do not yet have roots, and facilitates the rooting phase for optimal growth.

Hop latency virus (HpLVd) test

Each batch is carefully tested to ensure that the cuttings are free of HpLVd. Additionally, tools such as scissors and gloves are consistently disinfected to guarantee the highest quality standards.

• If this is not possible, the cuttings can be stored in the packaging for up to 24 hours in a cool, well-lit place with sufficient humidity.

• To avoid stress, carefully lift the cuttings from below instead of just pulling on the stem.
